Dennis Franczak, Partner
A former US Air Force Officer, Dennis Franczak is the founder and CEO of Fuseideas, one of New Englands largest independent advertising agencies. With over 20 years in marketing, interactive strategy, advertising and public relations, Dennis has been a leading voice throughout the marketing industry, having worked with clients such as Adidas, Bose, HBO, ESPN, Disney, National Hockey League, National Basketball Association, and more.
Dennis has a rich background in sports, having previously coached both men’s and women’s college and youth soccer for over 12 years. His career includes Newton North High School (where he won a state championship), Suffolk University, MIT, Boston College, and 7 years at Northeastern University. He also won a national championship with FC Greater Boston and his players have gone on to National Team and MLS careers.

Dave brings an extensive background in Sports Marketing and Management, having held senior roles with particular focus on business operations, strategy, finance and is a Certified Management Accountant. (CMA Canada)
In 2004, when the Saint John Sea Dogs were awarded a franchise in the Quebec Major Junior Hockey League, Dave was appointed the President of the team. He was able to pull together all aspects of business and hockey operations in less than one year, and the team went on to set a new league attendance record in their inaugural season.
Dave moved from Canada to New England when he accepted the role of Director of Marketing for the Boston Bruins in 2007. Saddled with low attendance and an apathetic fan base and a mediocre product on the ice, Dave sought to reinvigorate the club by developing a grass roots strategy, he created the youth hockey department to expose the Bruins Brand to new fans, a university rush program targeted at the massive college population in Boston, as well as developing sponsorship activation programs aimed at providing enhanced in game experience for fans.
Dave was then hired by FMC Ice Sports, a company that would become the largest operator of government owned skating rinks in North America. Under his direction as Vice President, Business Development and Revenue Generation, the company grew from 18 to 25 rinks under their management. In addition, he instituted a comprehensive customer retention and extension strategy for the hockey and skating programming divisions. By delivering a consistent and enjoyable service experience across all locations and developing a program offering that would extend a participants involvement from their first on ice experience as a child to active adult, the divisions grew from 3,000 to over 25,000 participants annually. In 2010, in partnership with the Boston Bruins, they collectively created the Bruins FUNdamentals program, a beginner learn to play program that would help grow the game. Since its inception, over 10,000 players have graduated from the program and have gone on to play youth hockey in Massachusetts.
